N.Z. to miss ballet
(N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) WINNIPEG, Aug. 31. The Royal Winnipeg Ballet’s previously-announced tour of Australia and New Zealand will be limited to Australia.
A spokesman for the ballet said today that a contract signed with an Australian booking agent had called for appearances in both countries, but dates could not be arranged in New Zealand. The tour will begin on January 31 in. Brisbane, and end in Adelaide on April 15.
