Dairy sales optimism

(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Aug. 5. “The Dairy Board is convinced that opportunities exist in Britain and Continental Europe to increase sales of milk products other than butter and Cheddar cheese,” said the chairman of the Dairy Board (Mr F. L. Onion), today. The board was reorganising a subsidiary company, Milk Products (N.Z.), Ltd, in Britain, which would provide “a flexible aggressive approach to the opportunities we think are capable of development,” said Mr Onion. “The future marketing of casein, caseinates, whey protein, and other specialised milk protein products, will be channelled through the company instead of the board’s London office,” said Mr Onion.
