HIGH-PRICED BULLOCK.—-This three-year-old Angus steer was the centre of interest at the Addington market this week. Offered on account of the Rakaia Island Run, he topped the market at $299. Another big Angus bullock in the same pen fetched $280, and seven others from, the same vendor all fetched more than $200. The $299 bullock was bought by Associated Meat Buyers’, acting for A. W. Grimmer and Sons.
