ELECTRA SOLD

<N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, April 20. Qantas Airways today completed negotiations with a private United States travel club for the sale of its last Lockheed Electra. The Electra was the last of four bought by Qantas in 1959.

The plane is being modified in Auckland by Air New Zealand and will be handed over to the new owner on April 23. Mr A. M. Long, the chairman of the board of directors of the Detroit-based

club, Nomads Inc., said it was one of about 10 similar clubs.
