New president elected A former provincial reprb* sentaiive and long-serving member of the Canterbury Badminton Association Mr R. K. Macefield, succeeded Mr J. B. Ewart as president at last evening’s annual meeting of the sssoaatioDw Mr Ewart had retired after serving as president for the maximum of three years. Boloaki (Central), H. G. Warren (Canterbury). N. J. Gardiner (NeHy Brighton), M. Honeyman (Canterbury), J. W. Patton (Canterbury). I. T. B. Ross (North Beach), H, C. Weatherhead (Hagley), Mn SL Goddard (Mount Pleasant), and Misses J. Hemsley (Ashgrove), M. Mockett (Railway), and P. Thonu son (Railway).
