FUN ON WHEELS.—Children at the Glenelg Health Camp with toys provided by a Christchurch man who visited the camp and discovered there was a great demand for the one trolley-cart available. In the “Random Reminder” column of “The Press,” an appeal was made for unwanted wheels and axles. The man collected a considerable number, and, in addition, dolls’ prams, tricycles, and pedal cars. He has been busy for some weeks building the trolley carts and repairing and refurbishing the other toys. The first fruit of his labour is shown above.
