Lead taken by Mitchell
(N.Z. Press Association) LEVIN. The xGlsborne horseman, S. Mitchell, and his mount, Aquaba, won the championship jump at the Central Districts jumping show on Saturday. He also won the A grade double and treble, and as a result took the lead in the equlzole points championship. Results were:— Championship jump.—Aquaba (S. Mitchell) 1, Nautical (M. Thompson) 2, Town Boy (C. Clarke) 3. Improver championship.—Rambert (H. Wilson) 1, Funny Fella (Miss V. Caro) and Oliver (Mrs Joan Mitchell) (equal) 2, Brooklands (G. Nutting) 4.
