NO PERTH TRIP
E. J. Didham yesterday advised the Western Australian racing authorities that ho would be unable to ride In an invitation race In Perth on Monday. He would bave had a rushed travelling programme to reach Perth on time. It would have demanded a departure from Christchurch on Saturday, when he will be riding on the final day of the New Zealand Cup meeting. Didham, who a week ago won the Melbourne Cup on Baghdad Note, has a full "book” at Riccarton tomorrow.
