N.Z.T.S. offer unconditional
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, Nov. 9. N.Z.T.S. Holdings, Ltd, has declared its offer for Auckland Laundry, Ltd, unconditional. A company statement said that acceptances received from Auckland Laundry shareholders totalled 99.7 per cent of the issued shares, well above the 90 per cent level which was a condition of the take-over bid.
