Property Securities, Ltd, • Wellington, advise that it now holds slightly more than 94 per cent of the share capital of City and Suburban Estates, Ltd, Christchurch. Property Securities, a major shareholder in City and Suburban Estates, made an offer on September 23 to purchase the balance of the shares.
