Moscow-Rome links wanted
(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter) MOSCOW, Nov. 9. The Soviet Communist Party newspaper “Pravda” today called for closer links between Moscow and Rome, only three days after Italy announced that it had established diplomatic ties with China. A “Pravda” commentary, quoted by the Soviet news agency, Tass, said that the further development of Italian-Soviet relations . and their increased consolidation in economic, cultural, and political spheres “would correspond to the interests of both countries and the interests of strengthening European security and peace on our continent.”
