PREDICTION OF REVOLT

(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter) BANGKOK, Oct. 18. U Nu, a former. Prime Minister of Burma, is returning to Burma from exile in Bangkok, and is expected to call on the people for armed revolt against the Government of General Nd Win, sources in Bangkok said today. Burmese expatriots in Bangkok and , embassy sources said that U Nu went “underground” over a week ago, and was thought to be going to the Burmese frontier.

General Ne Win deposed. U Nu as Prime Minister in a bloodless coup in 1962. U Nu has been living in Bangkok since last November, after making a . world, tour to seek material support for his efforts to overthrow General Ne Win.
