On undefended divorce petitions presented to Mr Justice Wilson in the Supreme Court yesterday, decrees nisi were granted as follows: Separation agreement: Ann Lorraine Benfell (Mr K. N. Hampton) v. Joseph Leonard Benfell, a timber worker: Robert John Cummings, a footwear foreman (Mr L. M. O’Reilly), v. Thelma Jean Cummings; Rosalyn Gwenda Lilley (Mr S. R. Mating) v. Thomas Lilley, a welder; Barbara Ann McAulay (Mrs E. M. Parcell) v. lan Lindsay McAulay, a pilot, of Wellington; Doreen Joan O’Connell (Mr C. A. McVeigh) v. Leo Anthony Kelvin O’Connell, a labourer, of Wellington. Separation order: Colleen Elizabeth Attewell (Mr B. J. Drake) v. Trevor Edwin Clement Attewell, a driver (Mr Erber). Living apart: Ivan Rathbone Oliver, an accountant (Mr S. G. Erber), v. Gwendoline Lucy Oliver, of Palmerston North; Marie Ellen Lankow, formerly Henderson, of Takamatua (Mr R. F. B. Perry), v. John Waterson Henderson, a boatswain, of Greymouth; Keith Raymond Smith, a civil servant (Mr D. H. Godfrey), v. Edna Evelyn Ruby Smith. Adultery: Wayne Leslie Neale, a storeman (Mr Erber), v. Sharyn Lorraine Neale and Peter Gregory Nash.
