SCLEROSIS APPEAL
The Christchurch Multiple Sclerosis Society, which will hold its annual street day! appeal today, has also been I chosen as the “charity for the year” by the Inner Wheel! Club of South Christchurch. The Inner Wheel Club is : made up of wives of Rotarians , and former rotarians and [during last year raised over ] ($368 for the Renal Unit at . | the Christchurch Hospital. “All our efforts this year will be directed towards the , Multiple Sclerosis society,” the president’ of the Club ! (Mrs V. Ponting) said yester-|, day. I The year-long period of assistance will begin early ' next month with the presen-'< tation of a mouth-operated” page-turning machine to the , Sclerosis Society.
