300 With All Blacks

( N.Z. Press Association)

WELLINGTON, June 3

A survey of Wellington travel agents today indicated that fewer than 300 supporters will travel with the New Zealand Rugby team to Southern Africa. A survey of the three major travel agents sponsoring supporters’ tours showed that the number booked to go to South Africa is 273. Fewer than 16 are Maoris.

Any last-minute bookings would have to be made within the next few days, but the agents are not expecting any rush. Although the agents have some vacancies, they will close their bookings soon.
