PUBLIC Notice Is hereby given pursuant to the provision of the Local Authoritloa Loans Act, 1856, and the Local Authorities Loans Regulations, 1857, and amendments thereto that a Special Roll comprising the names of persons entitled to vote on a poll of ratepayers in respect of a proposal to raise a loan of elghty-slx thousand dollars (386,000) together with the legal descriptions and rateable values of the lands in the area to be known as the Hanmer Springs Urban Drainage Area, which shall be defined as comprising the several properties more particularly described in such special roll. This roll is deposited for public inspection at the office of the Amur! County Council and will remain so deposited until the 23rd day of January, 1970. The purpose of the said loan is to construct sewerage treatment works and sewer reticulation In the Hanmer Springs Township.
