DEATH OF AUTHOR

(N.Z. Press Association) ROTORUA, Nov. 12. Vice-Admiral Harold Hickling, author, angler and retired naval man, died at his Turangi home today, aged 77. He was noted recently for his book on the Voyager disaster, “One Minute in Time,” which did much to clear the name of Captain J. Robertson and H.M.A.S. Melbourne. He returned from an overseas trip three weeks ago. The sequel to “One Minute in Time,” “Postcript to Voyager,” was published when he passed through Sydney.
