Secretary Appointed
A Wellington physiotherapist, Miss P. M. H. Andrews, has been appointed secretary of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society of New Zealand. She will work on a part-time basis. Miss Andrews served with the New Zealand Army Nursing Service in the Middle East and Italy for four years as a charge physiotherapist. After the war she went into private practice in Wellington and left for England in 1951. On her return a year later she joined the physiotherapy department at Wellington Hospital as charge physiotherapist and remained in that position until 1963. She held the positions of Dominion president, secretary and Wellington president of the New Zealand Society of Physiotherapists.
