AUCKLAND, October 7.

Maximum density requirements for apartment houses, boarding houses, offices andj private hospitals in Auckland have been eliminatedl by the Auckland City Council. Providing these specified, buildings meet health, parking and daylight indicator requirements the new town! planning regulations will : allow unlimited densities. ! These new provisions were agreed to today in an aplpica-i tion by the Auckland branch, of the Institute of Architects .before the Town and Country, ‘Planning Appeal Board. i ' The City Council supported the application.
