Dom. Brew. Buy W.S. Off-shoot

WELLINGTON July 3.
Sir Clifford Plimmer, chairman of Wright Stephenson and Company, Limited, and Mr W. S. Otto, managing director of Dominion Breweries, Limited, announced in Wellington today that Dominion Breweries had acquired all the shares in W. Scoular and Company, Limited, Dunedin wine and spirit merchant, previously a subsidiary of Wright Stephenson.
J. Lindsay and Company, Limited, wine and spirit merchant of Dunedin, will continue as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Wright Stephenson.
