Subsidy Denied
Safe Air, Ltd, did not receive a Government subsidy for the Chatham Islands service, Mr D. P. Lynskey, the general manager of the company, said yesterday. Two of the company’s 11 Bristol Freighters were allocated to the passenger-freight service, and if they were hot used because the schedule did not run, the company lost revenue, he said.
