FACILITIES AT ILAM
Request By Students
Students at the secondary division of the Christchurch Teachers’ College have asked for more adequate provision of student common room facilities at the new college being built in Waimairi Road.
In his report to the College Council last night, the principal of the secondary division (Mr E. P. Blampied) said the students’ executive was particularly concerned with the comparatively small area allotted to cafeteria and common room.
He also reported the executive was making a study of the four-term course in division B and it had made representations on pay and expense claims.
