Gay Welcome In Sydney
(N.Z. Press Association) SYDNEY. Expatriate Welshmen dressed in national costume and singing football songs thronged Sydney Airport yesterday to welcome the Welsh Rugby tourists on their arrival from New Zealand. Special programmes have been printed with the words of Welsh and Australian songs to encourage the Sydney crowd to sing during the test match on Saturday. The Welsh side’s only game in Australia. .
