OLD BOMBER CRASHES.—Firemen pouring water on the burning wreckage of a converted Second World War B26 bomber which crashed into two apartment buildings shortly after take-off from Los Angeles International Airport. Four men on board the plane were killed, but no-one on the ground was hurt.
