Surf-Riding To R. Fawcett
R. Faweett won th« Canterbury eenior surf-riding championship at New Brighton yeeterdav. ' The Junior title went to L. Wilkes. A strons surf with breakers between 4ft and 6ft high provided a thorough test for the surfers. Two competitors, R. Comfort and K. Bennett, excelled themselves tn the heats. Results:— Senior.—R.
