Rockets Hit Saigon

(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) SAIGON, Feb. 23. The Viet Cong clandestine radio called on the Vietnamese people to liberate the capital as a second wave of rockets hit central Saigon this evening. One of the missiles destroyed a house across the road from the rear of the United States Embassy. First reports said at least two people were killed as the rockets struck the city just before dusk. Another rocket hit a garage close to a United States officers’ club, wounding a civilian and damaging eight cars.
