(b) An Air Charter and Air Taxi service for freight and passengers (including scenic flights and joyrides) from licensed airfields or other places suitable for helicopter operations to anywhere similarly licensed or places suitable for helicopter operations in New Zealand with seven helicopters, with two of such helicopters confined to work in the Chatham Islands. 2. Any objectors to this application are requested to advise the Licensing Authority in writing and set out the grounds of objection. 3. The Authority may or may not decide to determine the application without the hearing of evidence, or by reason of the matters involved in the application or of objections thereto, may decide to adjourn the application for public hearing, in which event further notice will be given.
