(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON. Mr G. H. Moore, of Timaru, has been appointed the New Zealand Football Associaj tion’s first full-time secretary, i His appointment was anInounced by the association’s chairman, Mr J. C. Cowie, ! yesterday. Mr Moore, aged 32, has been with New Zealand Broadcasting Corporation for the last six years and has been a senior journalist in Timaru for the last three years.
In Timaru, he played senior soccer, was a referee, was secretary-treasurer of the Timaru City club and the South Canterbury Football Association, and has been a member of the southern league council.
