Pay Increases
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Feb. 6. Biscuit and confectionery workers have been granted weekly wage increases ranging from 98c to $l.lB in a new award issued by the Court of Arbitration. Night shifts have been increased 3c, and the minimum payment for Saturday overtime has been increased from two hours to three hours. The wage increases are retrospective to December 2.
