Earlier Start To Rowing

(N.Z. Press Association) WANGANUI. The New Zealand rowing championships will start a day earlier than originally scheduled, the New Zealand Rowing Council had decided. Because Of the record number of 417 entries, the championships will begin on the Wanganui River on Tuesday, February 25, instead of the Wednesday.

Ruflpy Nemlhetlen.—-Mr E. G. Bogge. the IMS end 190 AH Black wing three-quarters, has been nominated by the Auckland Rugby Union for the position of national and North Inland selector. He won nomination over Mr A. J. Pryor, whose name had been put forward only for the North Island MMtien.
