Short Skirts, Less Weight

Shorter skirt lengths for women have helped guide the public toward better eating habits, according to an expert in weight reduction. Doctor Charles Powell says the rising hem-line has made women more weight conscious, and no group has had more influence in motivating over-weight women to reduce than the fashion industry.
