T.H.C. Hotel Service For N.Z. Patrons While the wise traveller always books well ahead, the paradoxical fact is that in peak season it is sometimes easier to obtain a T.H.C. resort hotel room literally at a moment's notice. Bookings are subject to itinerary upsets. There are also, Inevitably, a certain proportion of cancellations. So that New Zealanders can take advantage of such situations the Tourist Hotel Corporation has developed an “instant booking service.” A Telex link enables the Reservation Service at head office in Wellington to advise immediately if there are vacancies at any of the 14 T.H.C. resort hotels and motor inns. The Reservations Officer’s telephone number is 44-798 Wellington, or. enquiries can be addressed to P.O. Box 2840, Wellington. Travel agents in any centre can book for you through this service. The chances are there’s a T.H.C. resort hotel or motor inn room available just where you want it right now. Try the “instant booking service” and see. —Advt.
