Three Soldiers Wounded

(A’.Z. Press Association) i WELLINGTON, Jan. 30. i Three New Zealand soldiers with W Company in Phuoc Tuy province, South Vietnam, were wounded during contact with the Viet Cong on Wednesday night, an Army headquarters spokesman said tonight. All received slight shrapnel wounds. They are: Private F. A. S. Treves, aged 21. single of Turakina, who was wounded in the head; Private P. D. Crowley, aged 21, single, of Auckland, wound to the face; and Private P. R. Malaquin, aged 20, single of Ladbrooks. wound to the back. Privates Treves and Crowley were taken to the field dressing station at Long Binh: and Private Malaquin was treated, and remained with the company.
