New Zealand lamb continued in sufficient supply for retail requirements on Smithfield Market, London, this ■ week, the New Zealand Meat - Board reports. There was some increased : interest in moderate pitchings of New Zealand mutton. ! This resulted in a slightly ■ firmer undertone to prices for the lower weight ranges. The main grade of New Zealand hogget (49/56 lb) was quoted at 17d to 30d per lb and wethers 15d to 16d per lb. Ewe mutton was quoted at 12}d to 13}d per lb.
