THREE HURT ON ROADS

Three persons were admitted to the Princess Margaret Hospital last evening after road accidents. They are in a satisfactory condition. Mr J. Hammond, of 95 Clarendon Terrace, Woolston, suffered head and hand injuries when two cars collided at the comer of Wordsworth Street and Durham Street about 4.50 p.m. James Macdonald, of 47A Peer Street, Upper Riccarton, suffered head injuries when struck by a car when he was walking near 91 Riccarton Road, about 5.45 p.m. I A cyclist, Donald McLean, of 28 Harrow Street, Linwood, suffered head injuries in a [collision with a car at the corner of Moorhouse Avenue land Barbadoes Street about 17.30 p.m.
