A. LOWE TO CONTINUE

Review After Two Years (N.Z. Press Association? AUCKLAND, July 10. A meeting of unsecured note holders in Arthur Lowe, Ltd, Auckland food processor, decided to allow the company to continue trading for about another two years. At the end of that time, the position of the company will again be reviewed.

The meeting was convened by the New Zealand Insurance Company, Ltd, as trustee for the noteholders. The noteholders’ resolution was that, without waiving remedies available to them after the 1967 breach of the Trust Deed Act by Arthur Lowe, Ltd, they would refrain from exercising these remedies before March 31, 1970. As soon as possible after that date, the company's position could be reviewed.

In June, the chairman of Arthur Lowe, Ltd, Mr L. A. Manning, reported a profit of $13,990 compared with a loss of $92,016 previously.
