One hundred Palestine liberation leaders met in a grandiose hall beside the Nile last night to discuss how to increase the guerrilla war against Israel. The assembly immediately heard straight talking from a 24-year-old Al-Fatah guerrilla code-named "Salah.” The young commando, wearing battledress, said the war must be won amid the rigours of the battlefield, not in luxurious, air-conditioned halls.
