LEFT HANGlNG.—Floating a water mine downstream, the Viet Cong blew up one span of this major bridge linking Saigon with the Mekong Delta. The bridge crosses the Vaico Oriental River about 16 miles south-west of the South Vietnamese capital. Several South Vietnamese soldiers were killed in the attack.
