Any person who considers himself aggrieved by reason that: (a) Any person whose name Is on the said roll in respect of any qualification, does not possess that qualification at the time when the objection is lodged, or, (b) Any person whose name is not on the said roll possesses the necessary qualification at the time when the objection is lodged and is entitled to have his name enrolled, or, (C) The number of votes alloted to any person is greater or less than that to which he is entitled: May. on or before the 15th day of July next lodge an objection in writing on the form prescribed, at the Office of the Waimairi County Council at the cnr Clyde and Jeffreys Roads.
