Ski Fields Report

Snow reports at various ski fields were reported yesterday by the Canterbury Skiing Association. They are:— Queenstown.—Fresh fall of snow Wednesday night, 2in of powder, all tows and lift operating. Lake Ohau.—No ski-ing this week-end, access impossible.

Mount Cheesman.—Ski-ing on Saturday on access tow only, further tows should be operating on Sunday. Conditions excellent Broken River Basin.—All tows operating, ski-ing conditions excellent roads open but chains essential.

Temple Basin.—Ski-ing conditions good, tows operating.
