ALDERSGATE RECITAL
An Aldersgate recital of a programme including songs from the British Isles featuring Mrs Adams-Taylor (mezzosoprano) and Mr I. Thorpe (oboe) will be held at the Durham Street Methodist Church on Sunday at 6 p.m. Mrs D. Braxton, a staff writer for the “New Zealand Women’s Weekly” will speak on her trip to the Antarctic aboard the Magga Dan, at a Durham Street Fireside Fellowship meeting on July fl.
