N.Z. Breweries Div. 12½p.c.
For the third successive year, New Zealand Breweries, Ltd. Wellington, has Increased its total dividend. Directors have recommended a final dividend of 7} per cent, payable on July 17, ex June 27, making 12 f per cent for the year against 12 per cent the year before. This is after profit rose $293,436, or 9.3 per cent, to $3,450,000, according to a preliminary report In 1966, the dividend was raised from 10 to 11 per cent.
