Dunn represented Canterbury as a centre on five occasions last year. He played in the corresponding interzone fixture and was a reserve for the Zone team against Queensland. One of the three selectors, Mr W. Mountford, stated that Scully had withdrawn because he could not afford the trip to Huntly. The first alteration in the team to play at Huntly occurred when the centre, W. K. Johnsen (West Coast) informed the selectors that he could not play because he had aggravated an old finger injury in the trials at Christchurch. Tour Profit $27,621 (N.Z. Press Association} AUCKLAND.
