GV .Z.P. A.-Reuter—Copyright* SAIGON, Jan. 17. The Federal Leader of the Labour Opposition in Australia (Mr Gough Whitlam) was to have discussions today with President Nguyen Van Thieu of South Vietnam and VicePresident Nguyen Cao Ky. He was also to meet the Prime Minister (Mr Nguyen Van Loc) and be briefed by the United States Ambassador (Mr Ellsworth Bunker). In the last two days Mr Whitlam has been conducted on a whirlwind tour of a large part of South Vietnam. He leaves South Vietnam on Monday for Djakarta on the last leg of his 5J week Asian tour.
