WAR GRAVE TALKS

(From Our Own Reporter) WELLINGTON, Jan. 17. Mr W. W. Mason, a Weilingtonian who is secretary of the Commonwealth War Graves Commission in London, will arrive at Auckland on January 27, for a two-week visit to the Dominion. While in New Zealand, Mr Mason will hold talks with New Zealand war graves authorities. He may discuss United Arab Republic moves to have the graves of 3000 Commonwealth war dead, including 217 New Zealanders, moved from Alexandria possibly to El Alamein, to free the present site for a university building scheme. Mr Mason is also expected to visit several cemeteries in the Dominion.
