(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter— Copyright) LONDON, Jan. 16. Only four new outbreaks of foot-and-mouth disease, all in already-infected areas, were reported in the 24 hours to 5 p.m. yesterday. The Ministry of Agriculture says 388 head of cattle were slaughtered. The total number of outbreaks in the epidemic is now 2283.
