Middleton Grange
Middleton Grange School for the first time would have a fifth form group sitting school certificate next year, the rector (Mr E. A. Dunlop) said in his report at the prize-giving. About 25 pupils would be in the class. Typewriting would be introduced to the commerce course for School Certificate next year, and those pupils beginning the course in the third form would be given training sufficient to enable them to sit the examination in the subject in 1970, Mr Dunlop said. The prizes were presented by the Rev. D. J. Stewart, principal of the New Zealand Bible Training Insittute, Auckland.
