Rylock Merges With Fisher
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, Dec. 12. Rylock Company, Ltd, Auckland, manufacturer of aluminium doors, windows and screens, has amalgamated with the aluminium window and door division of L. J. Fisher and Company, Ltd, the Auckland manufacturing groupTwo new companies, each jointly owned by Fisher and Rylock, are being formed to take over the share capital of Rylock and the assets of the Fisher window and door division. These companies will have a combined share capital of $483,000.
