Procession Postponed

For the first time in 21 years. Hay’s annual Christmas procession has been postponed because of bad weather. It was to have been held today but will now be held next Saturday.

The publicity officer (Mr E. A. Chivers) said yesterday that most of the 43 units which would take part in the procession had already been assembled. Arrangements had been made to store them until next week.
