Man Lives To 102

One of the oldest men in New Zealand, Mr Edward Richard (Ted) Henn, died at New Plymouth today, aged 102.
Born at Mukapawa, near Picton, in 1865, Mr Henn began working at Nelson timber mills when he was ten. In 1877 he left the South Island with his parents and the family finally settled at Eltham in 1880. He came to New Plymouth in 1961. He leaves three daughters and a son.
